We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened items in original condition.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened blind box figures (due to collectible nature)

  • Limited editions marked “Final Sale”

  • Any item without original packaging

How to Return:

  1. Email service@labububiu.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of unopened product/packaging

  2. We’ll provide a return address 

💷 Refunds

  • Approved returns: Refund issued within 7 business days via original payment method.

  • Damaged/misprinted figures? Send photos within 48 hours of delivery for replacement/partial refund.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Buyer covers return shipping unless we made an error.

  • Resale-value items (e.g., chase variants) require video unboxing for damage claims.
